The following Mantras should be sung in ancient Sanskrit and Kanji while at the same time making the positive thought.
Use the fingers to count the number of chants by closing the fingers into the palms, then chanting once as you open out the right thumb. For the second chant open out the forefinger - and so on, until all fingers of both hands are open.
